So, if there is a problem, or if there might be a better way to solve that problem, they don't see it, don't understand it when it's presented to them, and won't do that "creative" solution because of it.

The problem is you aren't using empathy and you probably don't have cash to solve their problem anyway.

You will not get a lot of responses on here for several reasons - too many questions, not a big enough pool of people to answer the questions, and most agents have no clue about what it takes to work with investors. 

This is my attempt to solve the problem by reaching out to other bigger pocket investors who would be interested in using an airbnb to make residual income with me on this deal.

I really enjoyed the process and solving all the problems that came up along the way.
