Hello real estate broker said property will be up for sale under market value 2 bedroom coop in Woodside, NY area in the 400k range value range for a fixed up same apt is listed and sold 545k same size 950sf to remodel all of apt am assuming 50k cosmetic remodeling not in the walls.

Make sure you have a backup plan (ie STR rental, remodel the units to build equity in the house and sell, stay longer than 1 year, etc).
