What I hate is a character limit on category names and sometimes the app does not update the info because there might be troubles connecting with other financing institutions.  

If she has private money now and she's having cashflow problems, there's more to the story and you probably don't want to be a character in it.

Now I admit that everyone is not Manning, although a lot of us aspire to be, in character and as a player both, but my point is that a lot of people have very valid reasons for renting - people from all walks of life and people at every income level.
