If tenant move out...

1. Tenant's 1 month notice ended on Feb 28, but he left on Jan 1...should landlord charge extra if yes then how much what is general criteria in NJ

2. Tenant had put wall closets, when he removed them there were holes(naturally) so he patches them, so there are big patches(not small) all over the wall in apartment, so need to repaint to look paint smooth.  I know holes should be patched before moving, but should that wall be painted to look paint smooth?

3. Apartment was not cleaned properly, closed are dirty , Range/Oven is dirty....should landlord ignore this, or charge for this, if yes then how much?

Thanks
