I definitely reccomend putting something more descriptive in your introduction so more people can grasp on what to help with or just figure out if they want to connect.

Here's a general description of both property.

have laundry room on each floor and eating area and set of rules in kitchen area. met a lot of travelers who stay at hostels and they have setup like that. there was one where they had a weekly dinner and had to contribute towards food prep and cooking to keep cost down and for laundry they had washer/dryers. 

Your description is substantially at variance with the views of the contractor, i.e., that the ammonia smell was so strong he refused to enter.

I can tell you that when we can hand the home inspection to our contractors it makes it super easy for them to not only see the picture of the item needing repair but also the description.
