Inspection with or without pictures

Hello all, I am currently in the process of acquiring my first 2 rental homes. They're both turnkey single family homes. I just got an email from the inspector and instead of repeating what he said, I'll just paste it The inspections were both done yesterday morning. I have a issue though.... I normally take pictures for the report and write a report with photos. When I put the SD card from my camera into the computer all the photos got erased!!! I'm not happy to say the least!! That being said. The two options would be reports with not photos or I can go back to the homes and take the pictures again. I'm willing to do either one you like. If i write reports with no pics I'm willing to do them for 50% discount($180 each). If I have to go back its going to be put on my schedule this week, not sure when yet, depends on the tenants. Please advise.... I apologize and will do whatever you want me to do. So should I have him go back and get the pictures or go with a report without pictures? Thanks ahead of time for your input. Ed

Ask him if he had found any major problems that he took pictures of, if there are only minor things, cracked glass, cracked tile nail holes etc. don't even bother, if something major then it be be good to have to document and use for negotiation.
