Aloha - I'm considering a few projects in Maui and would appreciate the recommendations of any general contractors who can fit the ROI-based business model of investors (i.e. not going for magazine covers). Thank you.

    I know this is an older post and things have certainly changed since then, but looking to do new construction (duplex) on land I own in Wailuku. Looking for recommendations of general contractors in Maui.
