I believe Buildium does all of these functions as well. 

I'm based in WI and there are several people from NY investing here, some successful and some not---the common thread I see from the ones that are not is that they relied on someone else for information instead of investigating, VERIFYING and doing their own due diligence.

You can not call the specialist or doctor directly but their board information or business info will be registered with the state.

Replacement homes will be climate hardened, smaller, functional and include consideration for the type of infrastructure, architecture and sustainable/durable materials utilized. 

We have had one attorney contact us about one of their clients saying they never completed the form - we sent them the information and they asked us for all this other information which we ignored as we had no obligation to provide any information to them.

There isn't really enough information here for someone to give you good advice.
