I'm looking to redo the lawn on the property with native garden and changing some of its design like walkway, etc.

How hard is it to get a construction loan for  self storage units?

Since there is a shortage of inventory to buy, people had to rent, which drove up the those rates significantly.As a Phoenix native, I am excited about the boom to our economy and rapid growth. 

I'm a California native and currently in Los Angeles.

I am  Morris County native as well, happy to connect and network a bit.

I am a native of Chicago, but currently living out of state- looking to purchase back in the area within the next year or so, and would love to connect with a "team" who could be my eyes and ears for a potential deal if I purchase from out of state before I relocate back.
