Looking to connect to Chicago REI

Megan Burns
Posted

I am a native of Chicago, but currently living out of state- looking to purchase back in the area within the next year or so, and would love to connect with a "team" who could be my eyes and ears for a potential deal if I purchase from out of state before I relocate back.

Eyeing a few different neighborhoods-- so options are open, but folks with familiarity to the area definitely a plus! What's hot whats not?

Hey there! I'm in GA currently and building a portfolio up here to be able to afford to come back home 😉

Eyeing South Shore, areas of Woodlawn, Portage Park, west ridge, Humboldt park etc. Need low entry point for starters and I think more turnkey to boot first before I start getting into major overhauls.
