I'm a student until the end of 2015, and I'm not going to be able to work full-time during my last semester, but I will still have enough spare time to keep working (I do freelance web/graphic design, and photography) and attempt to start my REI career.

Yeah, its just an 11x18 inch car door magnet with a faint graphic of a house in the background with "WE BUY HOUSES" in big red lettering, any condition-any area right underneath in black and my phone number right beneath that.

I have used online graphic design companies in the past and had good experiences.

-If you have a unique skill (IE: Photography, webdesign, marketing, graphic design) then see how you can use those skills to help that investor out.

Does anybody have or know a graphic business model for hard money lending?

I accomplished this by going to the nearby Alpha Graphics Copy and Fax Store and they scanned my paperwork and sent it to the e-mail.We've had sporadic communication throughout the day and I'm eager to virtually Co-Wholesale my option contract.

She is a 1099 contractor (Graphic Designer), but has been with the same company for 3 months and plans to stay there.

I am not at all graphic designer savvy and can produce great layouts and material using those 2 programs.
