Hard Money Lending business model

Nothing like coming to bigger pockets for some help.

Hello all,

I'm in the works of starting a hard money lending business. I've researched tons of sites and they all give tips and information on how you should do it or what you should expect, but I'm almost looking for more of a road map. Does anybody have or know a graphic business model for hard money lending? I would assume its almost like a swim lane. to show the process and steps. I have one already, but I would like to look at others to pick and choose what I missed or didn't miss, etc. am I making sense? any help would be appreciative. Thank You!
