SELF-STORAGE PLATEAU

Hello all, I own a storage unit facility (indoor), and seem to have a plateau in the last few months in regards to filling up units. I have marketed in the local paper, outdoor advertisement, Facebook, craigslist, called local schools, offered discounts, and have 3 large signs on building. I am still pretty new in the storage world, but if there is any self-storage savvy investors out there with a few tips on filling units I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!

What percent are you full? My neighbor is about 95% full. I know she targets businesses and people moving. Alot of times businesses can get better deals when they buy in bulk but cant store it all.
