The mathematics of emotion are what really puts money in our pockets, and that's what makes real estate a good business to be in.

Trust the numbers and don't force them.In similar situations I let it go, tell the seller my last offer stands then let it sit for another month or six weeks before sending them a revised offer and re-engaging with them.Good luck, trust the numbers, they won't lead you astray but your emotions will.

Just stick to your numbers and try not to get emotionally invested.Best of luck in your investing.

Don’t be emotional, just business like. 

I have a no pets policy but I'm sure the day is coming when a tenant will appear with a emotional support pony or some such....We are in NH and I seem to remember that, if a rental is a primary residence, the owner has some additional flexibility in the law.Thanks for your insight.Signed - Landlord newbie

They want to close quick, and they want you emotional, these are their normal business operations.

But they likely aren't driven by the same emotions we are, therefore they are robots. 

Legally is it a comfort/ emotional support animal.

Pull away from the emotional portion of it and if the numbers make sense then jump in , if they don’t then move on, it’s a numbers game !
