Ive just started a new position in Asia and come across this forum.Theirefore i ask does anyone have further ideas on good marketing strategys for selling luxury property in the asian market.I have quite a few ideas, but would welcome any other thoughts and experience.

Hello All,After the most exciting year and a half of my life (25 Yrs Old Now) living and working abroad in SE Asia , I have acquired enough money to begin investing. 

I am curious though, how safe is it to invest in a property in China, or Asia in general?

Next year or 2016, I'm planning on taking 3 months to go explore Asia.

I and my entrepreneur brother are in the development market in Asia at present, selling luxury apartments/houses.

They are very popular in Asia and the Middle East.

Immigration (lots of folks, especially from Asia, love to move to Vancouver.

That being said finding attractive yields in developed Asia is difficult, even 2nd and 3rd tier cities in China are at most 5%, most BP members are looking at 9-12% cap rates in the states and those numbers are tougher to find overseas.
