Market is India or China.Versus 1,2,3  Asia uses A/B/C/Rough.  

Investing out of state as a rookie is a major mistake, like starting a land war in Asia.

The fundamental thing is also that in Asia and Middle East, the jobs & buying power of people have skyrocketed exponentially in the past 10yrs, much better than western countries today.

Most importantly, China and India (and Asia in general) are in the process of taking over as the world's main economic powers and the reality is we can't compete against their cheap labour. 

I've been out of the country traveling Southeast Asia the past couple weeks (and am still out here) so I haven't been able to provide any updates.

Look at Asia. 

When it comes to taxes, it'll depend on the country.I personally haven't and I won't invest in Asia because you almost never can own the land freehold.

I would just be careful if you have the right to the land as well, becasue some countries in Asia only will allow you to own the actual property.
