In the last couple of years, many people here bought properties in Myrtle Beach, which has had a volatile market for resort properties.The tourism has done pretty well even during the crisis as many foreigners especially Canadians have taken the currency exchange advantages, and as a result, the Myrtle Beach airport is expanding.

I read an article a while back about how if a local sports team win a championship in their sport, the city has nationwide sometimes worldwide media, publicity, and tourism. pretty much a gold mine for investing, the Lakers ended up winning three championships and so im sure you guys know that L.A. is a horrible place to invest now since its at pretty much its marketing peak in real estate, I feel Indianapolis is heading that way with the pacers and im scared of missing out on a opportunity of making a extra cash do to distance, I find myself in a great dilemma and need all the help I can get.
