I found this tool here https://www.huduser.gov/portal/datasets/fmr.html I wanted to know if anyone used it or if its accurate.

What I really want to know is how in MLS to search for absentee owners.... and any other useful tools and tricks you guys have figured out.http://www.prospector.metrolist.net/ is the portal I have been getting on...I would love to hear your insight! 

@Dawn Anastasi suggestion is correct but using zillow rental manager (formerly Postlets) will post on zillow, Trulia, and Hot pads from a single portal.

Or do you use a (hosted) intranet solution as a  real estate portal?

I would also strongly suggest that you google "PA judicial portal", and look up each of your prospective tenants in both the county court database AND magisterial links as well (check surrounding counties on magisterial courts.

Home depot has a "pro xtra" portal where you can set it up so that you can confirm orders over text message.

They do not have an online portal but you can call and talk to an actual person when there is a problem.  

Some companies have a portal there tenant can enter his info and they will get you results.

Our platform has pushed out Portal registration because of the low cap.
