My current roomie has been living with me for just over a year now, but before him I had 4 in 2 years (I do month to month subleases since I find a new person in under a week). 

Buy a house for 6, paint, clean and tenant it in and then sell it for 15 in under a week and everyone, even the end buyer, still made money.....  

I ate $800 but it was fixed in under 24 hours. 

For example, there's no reason to spend $3500 putting granite countertops in a kitchen when all of the rehabbed comps sold in under two weeks for asking price and only had formica counters ($1200).

She was inundated with seasonal workers & had her entire investment paid off in one session. 

In under 2 years I’ve learned so much that it will be much easier to 5x or 10x in the future.

I plan to pay the loan off in under a year if not sooner by paying over the arranged amount so that it goes direct to principal(at least that's the idea).

You said the basement was unfinished... in under 2 hours you could've built a room to put all your items in and secured it. 

I made a post on market place that I thought when I woke up today I would be inundated with Reponses.. and I can only ascertain there must be some fear or some type of lingering doubt in those that say hey want to get into the industry but won't take action.
