Is it a realistic goal to have 300 units in 10 years?
Hi all,
So I'm on the brink of starting my real estate investing career after studying both residential and commercial for the last year or so and I'm wondering if it would be a realistic goal to have 300 units cashflowing at least $180 per door (living off of $54000 a month).
I'm asking this because in 10 years I would love to look back at my goal journal and see what I have accomplished.
Thank you.

@Louis Dobrik There's a lot of information missing from this question, Are you talking about One 300 unit B Class commercial property, or 300 single Class C- or D properties in the Midwest? Both are possible in 10 years depending on you and your business model. Are you doing this full-time or do you have a day job and doing REI part-time? Do you have the starting capital to buy deep on your initial purchases? Are you the only owner living off this $54,000 a month of revenue, meaning there are no partners splitting this $180 a door revenue, Will you be using partners early on to scale, then go solo after accumulating a few million to purchase that 300 unit property by yourself?
There are different types of competition at the various levels so your strategy will be different based on what product you're trying to buy, 300 units at $180 a door is the goal, What's the strategy and business model?
