I want to help a friend of a friend by buying his lake lot.

(even if that vacation is just to go play at the lake today.a collegue told me something that made sense, I have a JOB that is working so why not focus on it and increase the sales in that.

Ex: I like to think Gary,IN = is similar to Clayton county's rental market; the North side/ Lake Front= Buck Head, Brookhaven and sandy Springs; the Western Suburbs = Marietta; And the South side= Dekalb County - places like South Holland is similar to our Stone Mountain, Dolton - Lithonia...Ect

I'm looking in the Piedmont/Grand Lake area for a duplex or triplex.  

When I was 17 I move out out my parents house and into an apartment with quite a few people, around 8 to be specific and of course with that degree of people many mistakes were made, but as I have learned one of the most important things of a mistake is the lesson, after that I moved into a small house for around 1000 a month after half a year of that building debt I started looking into investing in real estate a bit more, ended up having a low income company (tri-lakes cares) help me put a down payment on a mobile home, after a year I had it payed off and changed jobs a few times when I ended at CAH I have gotten a bit more serious in investing in real estate.

I have 2 houses in rehab now...the area I am in is around White Rock lake, Casa Linda area...I have a single family house and a duplex.  

I'm an investor living in the greater Albany NY area (Ballston Lake, near Saratoga).  

Mainly in North Everett & Lake Stevens.
