Hello Everyone,

I'm searching for my first investment property in the Central Dallas area, and I would like to find a realtor who is familiar with Central Dallas neighborhoods, understands investment properties, and has experience with rehab properties. My goal is to purchase an owner occupied, multi-unit house to generate cash flow. 

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
