Also, perhaps, MOVE into the SFR you want, using a fresh FHA-approved loan, and rent out both sides of your duplex?

@Sean MurphyI did some investigation on this in Texas and found that there are significant differences between a manufactured house and a mobile home. 

And @James Mc Ree, did a great job of explaining the downside with them with no prefunding (versus other sites which don't have this problem).If you're new to crowdfunding, I would recommend investigating all of the major players 1st to determine which of them match you best, before committing to 2 or 3 different platforms.

You ought to be concerned and investigate further until you are satisfied.

Because that can lead to allegations of favoritism, and biased or colluded results.If I were walking in your shoes, I would mention the prior report (but not  the company or person), question the comps that were cited, and the FMV being reported.You'll get a fresh look at the property and hopefully a better result.

As for renting out your house a couple of good sources to get an idea of what you can rent it out for are Craig's List, RentoMeter and Zillow.Have you investigated why the property that goes for less than the rest in the neighborhood has been on the market for a year?
