No agent would show the place, no one even had the (fill in here) to go inside. if you even opened the front door, the smell would literally make you gag, if not vomit.By now, it's summertime, and the smell is starting to waft outside, city  and neighbors complain, and the listing agent is willing to do anything to unload this turd.

Some lenders will tell you that they will only do 4 or 5, but the rules say 10, so find a lender that will do 10.From my understanding, if your spouse is not on any of these 10 and can qualify on her own, you could do another 10 conventional loans in her name.Beyond that you probably need to find a portfolio lender.

Got a call yesterday from the natural gas company, turns out he turned on his own natural gas weeks before having his daughter call the company to have it put in her name (was told he has past due bills with the gas company so that is likely why he had her call).
