I would recommend the Realtors that dominate the listings in your target area.

Steve Pheterson- He KNOWS who the players are and KNOWS how to deal with assignments and Wholesalers.

Make sure to only use keywords that will generate the type of leads you are looking for.The reason you want to split up the campaigns is because the main campaign will dominate the overall spend.

Proper was the very first player in the STR market - they had the only product that specifically targeted STRs for a while and we all used them.

Legally they can but the biggest players in our area (Upstate) will not.  

I’m in Georgia, I'd love to get familiar with the quality players out there, get a deal in exchange for equity.

I assume you want a rec room with something like a pool table in 4+ BR cabins, but I cringe at the lost ROI when I see a pool table dominating the loft of a 1-2 BA cabin.
