But that filed eviction paperwork is your best insurance on them actually following through.Just this morning, I drove to one of my units for an eviction after the girl told me last week she'd paid Thursday or Friday.

We had a "soft" money lender do a presentation on how his company loans to investors all over the country and how their rates are much more reasonable than a hard money lender.
