Hello all,

I'm Alex, brand new to the site. Stumbled on to it while getting lost in tweets on Sunday morning. Seems like an interesting place to learn and share with others. I'm an agent with KW and I operate mainly North of the river and Eastern Jackson county. I'm thinking about getting into some buy and hold properties or even a flip or two.
