Hello everyone on BP,

I am excited to be posting so early in the morning. I live in West Haven Utah which is next to Ogden City. I work for the USPS delivering mail right now.  My father owned and ran a construction company so working on homes has always just been a part of me. However I am brand new to the world of investing in real estate. I honestly don't know all the questions to ask.  I started listening to the BP podcasts starting at episode 1 and I am now on episode 70 a week later.  I am just trying to learn as much as I can and  learn what questions to ask.  Long term I am looking at buying and holding.  But at the moment I would love to learn the art of whole selling to help me raise personal cash to fund my own deals.  As I am working for the Postal Service I come across homes that are vacant and or are in terrible condition  I want to find a way to be a footman for someone else at least to learn the ropes.   Sorry this post is a bit all over the place.  I am sure I will be more refined the more I learn. What brought me to this whole new world from my perspective is I really just want the time and freedom to make my own schedule and spend time with my wife and two little boys who are my real focus in life.  But I feel I spend so much time away from home just trying to earn a paycheck that I don't get to really enjoy life with them.

Hope you all have an awesome day.  And thank you for the overwhelming amount of honest and real information that is on BP.  I am learning so much every single day.
