I guess I’m just more hopeful that a middle ground will eventually be found.

I graduated from East Carolina University this past spring and accepted an offer with a Big 4 Accounting Firm here in D.C.

And the middle property was vacant from October till Feb!

These are the kinds of houses that have been popping up all over the east and south central area and I love them!!!

When we get the decks done I'll post some more pictures of the view, which is probably the best in east Austin right now.

Use to be a primary residence before I got married and moved.Property B is a "B" in my opinion because it is in a nice neighborhood, access to shopping, entertainment, freeways, high school is acceptable (but some middle schools are better) , most people commute for employment within the metroplex.
