Hello Everyone,

I have been a long-time lurker and finally decided to become actively involved with BiggerPockets. I think this is a great forum for those interested in any aspect of real estate.

About me:

I am 23 years old and from good ole' Hickory, NC. I graduated from East Carolina University this past spring and accepted an offer with a Big 4 Accounting Firm here in D.C. I love it so far and the city has already opened my eyes to numerous opportunities!

If anyone in D.C. would like to connect, please let me know. I am highly motivated and just want to soak in as much knowledge as I possibly can about investing in real estate, and the current state and projected future state of the markets.

If anyone can suggest people to contact or groups to get involved in, I will definitely appreciate it.

Thanks everyone, I look forward to connecting with some of you.

-Brandon
