The home is gorgeous, and truly is a beautiful home. The problem is that this home has a really good management/rental Company, and the location and quality of the home has it constantly rented. The owner doesn't want us bothering his renters, which is understandable, we do have a virtual tour and lots of photos on the listing, but when someone is looking at spending $ 200K for a house, they want to see and touch what they are buying. We are looking for suggestions on how you other Realtors have dealt with this situation in the past.Thank you,John RogersFlorida Trust Realty.com, LLC

We never even thought to make reports to all the investors.. and of course being CA it was very much like crowd funding as we did multi bene loans on virtually every deal we did.. and most investors that had say 500k with me would spread that to 10 to 15 loans.. so there was a huge amount of cross collateralization within the investor base not to mention many of the investors were referrals so they all knew each other.

@Derek Caldwell this is were direct mail comes in very handy... 99% of yellow letter folks target the exact same thing... so people with those assets get bombarded with the exact same letter with virtually the same lingo in each... so that's why the response rate in quality areas is so low.you would be pleasantly surprised to see how well direct mail will work for unimproved land.. as folks just don't get direct mail for their land.. and your response rate will go up.plus if you really want something you can call them as well. There are specialty ad publications that just specialize in recreational land.. if your looking for infill type lots then its mail and drive.
