I give the tenant a 3 day grace period and it’s now the second day after the third day the rent will be late and I will have to start charging a late fee.

According to the lease, it states guest are allowed to stay for 10 consecutive days or 15 days in 60 day period.

Is there a law in California that a seller is entitled to money with in a certain period of time after closing?

@Andres Perez you're correct, while there is no strict waiting period for getting a HELOC, the standard is 30 to 45 days.

Jan. 7, 8, 9: 3-day period??
