I closed escrow on Thursday/ 12/30/21 for an investment property
I closed escrow on Thursday/ 12/30/21 for an investment property and still have not received funds from the escrow company in Murrieta, CA. Real Estate Agent has been paid but I have not been. Is there a law in California that a seller is entitled to money with in a certain period of time after closing? Am I entitled to interest over the last days of not receiving funds?
