You need to take a step back and study where population and job growth is occurring.

Growth is to the north.

Ideally want an area that is relatively safe, has some appreciation and rental growth. 

This is a wonderful spot to network and compound your growth potential. 

We have exceptional growth, great appreciation, and great cash flow!

San Antonio also has this growth as do Dallas-Ft Worth and Huston.

Fast forward to 2020, we have owned the building for 3 years now and have posted 3 solid years of rent and NOI growth, we sold the building today for $939,450.00 booking a profit of $429,450 in 3 years.Please note, I have investors and partners in this deal and they contributed to its success.

I am already learning a lot from here... and I would want to be a very well established and astute real estate investor in the nearest future so I will like to use this as a platform for growth and learning for myself and others.
