I think Belleville has a ton of growth potential in the coming years, we are located just off of downtown.Not looking for other projects until these first two are finished as I don't want to spread too thin in the beginning, but I have a very high risk tolerance and pretty big goals.Feel free to reach out and say hi, I am also going to start attending some meetups and other groups so any suggestions there are very welcome.Thanks and best of luck to everyone!
