Hi! My name is Dominique. I am from Athens, TN but I work in Chattanooga, TN. I am looking to move closer to outside the city limits and I want to get into investing my money instead of just buying a place to live. I am looking at multi family and single family homes in the Chattanooga, Cleveland area.

I have always thought about getting into real estate but I never knew how. I found the Real Estate Rookie podcast 2 weeks ago and it lead to me being here and studying on BRRRR and other strategies.

I would like to begin networking with other investors, I believe we can all succeed together. They don't have to necessarily be from East Tennessee but that would be great if we could meet for coffee sometime!
