If you could house hack anywere, where would yo do it?

If you had a Job that was 80% travel and you could live anywhere in the U.S to make the most money with a House Hack/BRRRR strategy where would you live, why?

Here is the strategy: You qualify for an FHA 203k loan (rehab loan), and you plan to BRRRR, then move after 1 to 2 years and repeat this process. What markets would you pick to do this?

@Soniel Estime I like DFW, Austin, Florida, Carolinas (Charlotte right now is my fav), KC, Indy.  Those are just areas with great fundamentals.
