Hey @Miguel Hernandez I would reverse engineer it and first reach out to a wholesale friendly attorney's in your market and ask them in the "interview phase" who they use for their title search.

You should be able to find a local structural engineer to help out.

Everyone wants to do direct bookings and save money on platform fees, but if you cannot survive using the proven search engines, I just do not see a property being successful overall.

what about engineering cost segs?

Being an engineer, I often work 10-12 hour days and, having a 45 min drive each way to and from work, there isn't much time left in the day aside from while eating.That's great that most of your clients are ready to put in an offer when viewing homes.

The news cycle and facebook algorithms will just feed you both real and inflated/fake information because that's what they think you want to see. 

Especially for an engineer who likes to take a long time to make decisions (husband) and an analytical person who wants to know exactly how to do everything perfectly before attempting (me).
