Especially if I was able to do it tomy hearts content before and my lease did not chnage and i didnt get a rent credit The best way to handle this kind of shared utility is to charge the tenanta reasonable charge as part of the lease - for example 1200/ mo rent and 100/mo water (or whatever it is) check your local laws tho first
