Getting Started in Cincinnati
Hello, all. I'm a long time lurker/researcher. I have finally graduated from graduate school and I've been pre-approved for a mortgage. I am a veteran who wishes to use the VA loan to acquire my first property. I have been looking constantly on major websites for any properties which make sense financially to buy. I cannot find any properties between Cincinnati/NKY which follow the 1% rule (my initial screening), which is also somewhat 'turnkey' to make the VA happy. Does anyone have any advice on where to look?... Or am I buying at the wrong time with the market being as strong as it is? Literally ANY advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
