For motivated seller leads, they are terrible!

If the contractor has bad credit and no money, he likely does not possess great management skills either, although this is not necessarily true.I do think that giving a contractor a slice of the deal is a great way to motivate them to work hard on your project.

Hopefully the threat of ruined credit and garnished wages will provide sufficient motivation.
