Selling my house and no response from my agent, what can I do?

I haven't heard from my agent in about a month. My wife and I have tried emails and calls. When we met with our agent we said that we do not wish to communicate via text and the agent agreed. At first, we were trying to get a hold of our agent because we never received a copy of our contract and I would like a copy for my records. I still do not have a copy and my house has been on the market for 45 days. Since we can't even get a response from the agent, it has been frustrating to say the least. I feel as though we have been misrepresented from the start. I am looking for any advice on what to do or who I may contact. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
