Yes, there are deals out there, even in today's crazy market unfortunately there are just not as simple as they use to be( back pre-pandemic) to come by. 

@Justin G. nice post, I think it is important for the team or GP to make sure there is an open line of communication and be available for the investor whether they have a simple question or a more in-depth one.
