Hi we are closing soon on a duplex in Minneapolis that is currently rented out and we want to look for a reputable management company to handle the property for us.  Would love some references or ones to avoid.  

We do focus on being proactive with maintenance of the property, to avoid crisis or dissatisfied tenants.
