My personal opinion is that BBB is a massive scamIt's purely a pay-to-play manufactured credential.

., you see so many hundreds of thousands of realtors offering massive rebates to consumers.From a Realtor's perspective, on a 500k purchase of a listed property:would a realtor rather get ahead of this rebate wave and loan back $10,000 of the commission at a very low rate to the buyer Post Closing and ultimately keep the entire 3 Points?

The list is massive of people who get in trouble for negligence in this area especially when it comes to charging people upfront for home retention servicers.

You might find some hungry electicians that usually do commercial or (formerly) worked only for general contractors who might be interested, at a better price than the "retail" electricians who would advertise.

Funny how those who have to stay rooted in the reality of running a retail business don't have time for endless conference calls or extended lunch meetings....Its not funny to listen to how many are scraping to get by, or who are waiting on a change in the "economy" that will return their customers.Many of these are not in the statistics of the unemployed, but are in effect making less than minimum wage.

Craigslist is DEAD lately, especially for Retail Buyers of homes.

Everything else is subject to massive abuse.

That's probably junk mail rate--or massive quantities.
