Does that status change when it gets leased after an update? 

Or if you're planning to become real esate professional IRS status in the future you may not want to accumlate losss, as RE pro only makes losses from the point you qualify FORWARD deductible- and those prior loses generated woudln't be freed up. 

This would be a Fair Housing violation under "Familial Status" and is a big no-no!

I am unsure if the historical status applies everywhere or not but I was informed before my purchase of this event and was told my best chance at permit approvals will be for efficiency upgrades.

It recently got its National Park status and had 1.68M visitors to the park last year.

Does anyone know what the status is on the tenant screening guidelines that were supposed to go in effect March 1, 2021 in St Paul?  

Having REP status has nothing to do with this.

You can also check this status by looking at the tax bill for the Long Island property.
