Real estate license
I'm working on passing the local and national sections of the VA license test. Any advice of great resources to ace it, first time?
I can't just read the book and take the test kind of guy. I tend to like Q&A type platforms and then learn that way.
Thank you for any help!

Take a practice test and if you pass, go do the real thing. Getting your license and the tests don’t teach you how to actually transact real estate; You’ll learn way more once you have your license and start transacting.
