@Ryan Wydler that credit score of 600 is going to be a deal killer for just about any loan product.

Moral of the story is that interest was very high.I do think my product is in high demand in Denver. 

YUP  who knows.but met on the internet  100s of e mails money before closinginsurance  there is no insurance product for private loans does not exist.. etc etc.. maybe the money will come through..

If buying leads were productive, they would already be bought up by people faster and more experienced than you.
