Late to the party, but you can definitely get a 30 yr fixed mortgage with a private lender with the borrowing entity as an LLC.

I would definitely recommend checking out the blogs, podcasts, and setting up keyword alerts for specific things that interest you (i.e. duplexes, multifamily, va loan) - that's how I found you, my keyword is "Virginia Beach".Where do you plan on returning to when you separate?

But you definitely need to be sure you structure it all correctly so the business doesn't get pulled into other people's problems outside of the investment.
