Hello from Casa Grande, AZ

Hello Everyone, 

My name is Nate Gilbert and I have been a member of BP for a short while however I have never introduced myself. I have relocated to sunny AZ from TN. I currently have one SFR rental in TN and I purchased a foreclosure in AZ to fix and live in for equity. The rental market in the med/small city I reside in is strong with a good outlook.

I stumbled upon BP, signed up, and have been studying the wealth of information contained here since then.  I believe real estate investing is a great avenue for myself and I welcome how much it has consumed me.  I am a very driven individual and look forward to the successes and hard earned lessons (hopefully not too many lol).  

I greatly appreciate all the people and the knowledge they are willing to share in this community.

@Nate Gilbert  welcome to Arizona and the BiggerPockets community.  I like the Casa Grande area. I am looking at picking up a  property to do a lease option there next week.  I partnered up with another investor down in Casa Grande  on a property that we picked up in Arizona city.    We should be closing on the refinance next week or the week after.
