Certainly, doing additions are a big undertaking, and if you don't have the experience/team/confidence to do it, it doesn't really matter what the math says.That said, if a great deal comes along, perhaps it's a good opportunity to find an experienced rehabber to team up with to take the lead.

They are demanding, but we have a GREAT team, and that is who you should look to work with, as 1 single agent cannot take care of Investors as well as buyers, sellers, listings and social media.

My opinion is that wholesaling is probably the most difficult strategy to master.If you have remodeling skills, the odds of making any real money, are much greater buying, fixing and selling.It would likely be much easier to find someone in your area to team up with/teach you how to make money with a fix and flip, then to find someone to teach train you how to do a wholesale sucessfully.
